Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dial JDP offers a combination of social media promotional services and event ticketing support. This policy ensures transparency and fairness.

1. Social Media Promotion Services

  • No Refunds on Executed Promotions: Once a post or story is published via Dial JDP’s social handles, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Cancel 24 hours before scheduled time: ✅ Full refund.
    • Less than 24 hours: ❌ Non-refundable (unless rescheduled).
  • Delays/Failures from Our End: If not executed within 3 business days, we offer a full refund or reschedule.
  • Custom Packages & B2B Plans: No refunds once the campaign starts unless we fail to fulfill agreed deliverables.
  • Refund Processing Time: 5-7 working days via original payment method.
  • If Refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 business working days.

2. Event Ticketing Services

  • Event Cancellation/Postponement: Full refund to ticket holders if organizer cancels or postpones.
  • Attendee Cancellations: No refund unless organizer specifies otherwise.
  • Technical Errors: Report issues (e.g., ticket not received) within 48 hrs for verification & refund.
  • Service Charges: Convenience or gateway fees may be non-refundable.

3. General Terms

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events like natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny refunds in case of abuse or non-compliance with terms.

4. Arbitration & Jurisdiction

  • Disputes should first be resolved through mutual discussions.
  • Unresolved matters will go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The arbitration venue will be Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
  • All legal matters fall under Jagdalpur jurisdiction.
